Teen Yoga
Are you
looking for a new and exciting way to exercise and stay healthy? Or maybe a way
to de-stress and relax? Why not try out this new yoga class created especially
for teenagers! Yoga is great as its own
form of exercise, but it is also an excellent way to prevent injury and build
up strength for other sports. We will work on flexibility, strength, breathing
and relaxation in this fun and fast-paced yoga class.
